Jessica R.
Hello, and welcome. I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a passion for helping adults (ages 18–65) navigate life’s emotional and mental health challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care.
With 7 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, which has equipped me to provide thoughtful, personalized treatment for a wide range of conditions—including anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and insomnia.
I specialize in medication management and integrate psychotherapy when appropriate to support healing from multiple angles. Whether you’re seeking stability, clarity, or personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I am licensed to practice in California, Nevada, and Washington, and currently offer care through telepsychiatry for your convenience and privacy.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of your mental wellness.
As a thoughtful and patient individual, I am willing to spend time listening to what you choose to communicate in the most professional manner. In the process, you will be carefully and respectfully listened to as you convey your mental health challenges.
My approaches include but are not limited to, therapeutic communication and the use of open-ended questions to encourage you to share your concerns. We will work as a team to find the most appropriate treatment options for your symptoms.
My goal is to work with you to help you feel better about yourself and about life.
I completed my post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and also a post-master’s certificate in Nursing Education.
My passion for mental health is well-recognized via several awards I received from different organizations to which I have provided services. For example, I was invited to join and currently remain an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). I look forward to hearing from you.
