Services

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

(A comprehensive interview that will take approximately 60 minutes) 

  • Establish a provider-client relationship.

  • Listen to your mental health concerns and symptoms.

  • Ask questions about:

    • Your past and current mental health symptoms

    • Current and history of your physical health/surgery/allergies/current and past medications.

    • Current and past mental health/psychiatric hospitalization/ history of abuse and trauma/history of self-harm/history of substance use

    • Family History

    • Social History

    • Legal History

  • Discuss your diagnosis.

  • Discuss your treatment options and medication management.

    • Discuss the benefits and side effects of each medication.

    • Provide you with psychoeducation.

  • Brief psychotherapy

Follow-up appointment

(A medication management discussion that will take approximately 10 - 30 minutes)  

  • Assess your symptoms after starting to take the medication. Medication adjustment may be needed based on your symptoms.

  • Discuss any side effects from the medication you may have.

  • Psychoeducation regarding supplements that can help you with your symptoms.

  • Brief Psychotherapy

  • Review the treatment plan to see if any adjustments are required.

Fees and Payment methods

Private pay & Out-of-Network (OON) clients

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation ............................ $250

Follow-up appointment.......................................... $100

 Payment methods: We accept debit, credit, HSA, FSA cards, and Paypal

  • Full payment is due prior to service.

  • We will provide you with a superbill.

  • Clients who have out-of-network benefits may be able to submit a superbill to your insurance to get reimbursement if approved. We cannot guarantee your reimbursement.

  • $60 will be charged when you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or do not show up for your appointment.

  • Copays are due via autopay. We partner with billing companies to manage our practice’s billing and payment logistics.
